HISTORY OF QIGONG
Qigong was developed in China thousands of years ago (the root of all Chinese Medicine), as a natural way of stimulating our own natural healing potential – our inner healing medicine. It comprises of slow specific movements that open up the Qi channels of our body, breathing patterns that help us energize or cleanse our body, and body postures that support better Qi flow throughout our body's energy system. Anyone can do Qigong... it is adaptable to any health challenge. You can do this class lying or sitting down, or standing up.
I've designed this class so that it is both fun and easy to learn. The ease of Qigong is the secret as to why it is so effective at balancing our body's energy system. When our energy is balanced, we have calmer days, a happier tummy, and enjoy better sleep. AND... our health symptoms begin to heal at a profound level. Come join us... and let's do some Qigong!
