Rosie’s work stood out among 75+ incredible submissions, capturing the spirit, creativity, and visual energy that will represent this year’s festival. Her art blends imagination with technical precision—fusing traditional foundations with digital artistry to create richly layered, story-driven imagery.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, Rosie brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in fine art, graphic design, and digital illustration—often working in complex layered compositions where, as she puts it, “the paint never dries.”

What this means:
Her winning artwork will become the face of the 2026 Silverton Arts Festival—featured on posters, marketing materials, and seen by thousands of visitors as they gather in Silverton this August.
