WHAT'S NEWPeople’s Art in the ParkCalling creative people! Join us for People's Art in the Park on the lawn next to Silverton Art Center, 303 Coolidge St., Coolidge McClaine Park. This is a non-juried art sale open to everyone and the cost is $25 for your l0’xl0' space. Sell your creations: paintings, crocheted baby clothes, quilts, potholders, woodwork - whatever you've created. You can sell your unwanted art supplies and tools, too. The requirement — the art must be work that you created. No reselling, no AI. This is a sale of your artwork and art supplies. Sell it! trade it! barter it! Have fun! We recommend a portable canopy like those used in art festivals but that's not a requirement. You can just display on a table, on a blanket - whatever works for you. If you do use a canopy or umbrella it must be anchored down for safety. You can arrive at 7:00am and set up your space then the sale ends at 3:00pm. Please do not take down your display before 3:00. These can be family projects, a group of friends, even a group of kids! Register and pay your $25 fee, cash or check (no credit cards please) on Jun 17 from 9:00am until noon at the Silverton Art Center, 303 Coolidge St. There will be no cancellations or refunds unless the national weather service tells us it's too dangerous to be out. Money collected will go to support programs at Silverton Arts Association. Questions?
