Halloween Prop Making: Apothecary Potion Bottle
October 1st + 8th 10:00-12:00 PM
Instructor: Michele Finacle
Recovered from the depths of Davy Jone's locker, this apothecary jar holds the secrets that dead men can't tell. Students in this class will learn beginning polymer clay techniques and the painting technique vert de gris, which makes an object look like aged copper. Students will also learn to distress a bottle for an aged appearance. With these techniques in your pocket, you can build an entire apothecary for Halloween or year round use. Students must provide their own glass bottle. This class meets 2 times.
