One Workshop Session

Try this workshop to experience the simple but elegant technique of monotype: a transitional form of printmaking. It uses little special equipment and can produce a wide range of effects while preparing the student for more advanced techniques. Play with stencils, texturing, layering, and overprinting for a unique artwork.

COVID SAFETY
Until further notice, anyone inside the Silverton Art Center, whether teacher, student, member, exhibitor, employee, etc., is required to wear a mask at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Teachers will wipe down all work surfaces before and after each class with our provided cleaning supplies. Anyone experiencing symptoms which may correlate to Covid must not attend classes until 48 hrs after such symptoms cease. These include:
  1. Fever or chills
  2. Cough
  3. Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  4. Fatigue
  5. Muscle or body aches
  6. Headache
  7. New loss of taste or smell
  8. Sore throat
  9. Congestion or runny nose
  10. Nausea or vomiting
  11. Diarrhea
In-person class attendance will be limited to 7 people, including teachers (online or hybrid classes may host more students virtually). Any students who choose not to follow these guidelines will not be allowed to attend classes at the Art Center.
