Dear Sponsor of the 2019 Fine Arts Festival,
Thank you for your generous support of the 2019 Fine Arts Festival. Your contribution helped us to produce a very successful Festival with 90 artist booths, many Silverton based musical acts, children to adult art activities, tasty food booths, and a beer, wine, and music garden. The Arts Association also offered an artist reception with food for the artists and sponsors. We also hosted a hospitality room for food and refreshments for artists, staff, and volunteers during the Festival.
Many of the artists invited to return to this year’s festival stated how much they love the environment of the Coolidge-McClaine Park and the opportunity to offer their creations at a reasonable price, the friendliness of the local citizens, and the charm of our city. This year’s Festival also brought many visitors to stay at local guesthouses and hotels, patronize local shops and restaurants, and also visit the Oregon Garden, The Gordon House, and Silver Falls State Park.
Proceeds from the Fine Arts Festival help the Silverton Arts Association to accomplish its mission of art education and art appreciation for children through adults in the community. We offer art classes at schools as well as the art center. Our Borland Gallery has a new show each month.
We trust you will continue to support the arts in Silverton by contributing a sponsorship for the 2020 Fine Arts Festival next August 15 and 16, the third weekend in August. Please mail your sponsorship to the Silverton Arts Association or go to our here to support the arts in Silverton.
We encourage you to become a member online of the Silverton Arts Association and join the Fine Arts planning committee. We are also looking for Board members with ideas about promoting the arts of all genres and who are able and willing to commit to participating in the ongoing development of the S.A.A. and our work in the arts and education in our community.
