Silverton Arts’ summer art camps were a sold-out success. Subsidized by two grant funds through our regional partners, these art camps were affordable, fun, and offered kids of various age ranges a wide variety of projects and media. Nearly 100 children participated in our summer camp series over multiple weeks in June and July. From clay to film to fiber arts, students had many opportunities to engage with new mediums. Here’s what parents had to say… “We are so overwhelmed with gratitude. My daughter said this was the best week of her life, and definitely the best camp she's ever been to. We felt totally safe with Mrs. Fin, and the projects she came home with were incredible. Please make Mrs. Fin permanent- we'd come year round for her classes!!!!” “Our child was so happy to go every morning. Being able to explore all these different mediums inspired her to do more exploring at home with our art materials and have her a bunch of new ideas.” “My daughter LOVED the art fundamentals nature week!
