1. All artists must be accepted by the jury to sell or show at the event. Each artist must be individually juried. (Initial below) *

2. Each artist shall pay $225 for a 10’ x 10’ space or $425 for a 10' x 20' space, due by May 28. (Initial below) *

3. All work shall be similar and equal in quality to that shown in the images presented for jurying. (Initial below) *

4. SFAF reserves the right to remove an artist for the violation of selling work not previously approved. (Initial below) *

5. Artists must remain at the event the entire two days in the assigned booth space and have enough inventory to last throughout the event. Please come prepared for inclement weather. Booth sitters will be available for short breaks. (Initial below) *

6. Registration and booth set-up is Friday, August 20 from noon until dark. Artisit vehicles are not allowed in the park except for setup and tear down. Violators will be towed. (Initial below) *

7. Artist marketplace hours are Saturday, August 20 from 10 am to 6 pm; and Sunday, August 21, from 10 am to 5 pm. (Initial below) *

8. SFAF will provide security patrols, but cannot accept liability for loss, damage or theft. All artists must send a copy of proof of insurance coverage for their work when returning their completed paperwork. During festival please keep cash out of sight in the booth. (Initial below) *

9. Please notify SFAF immediately if you cannot participate so an alternate artist may be notified. (Initial below) *

10. There are no refunds on cancellations after June 30, 2021. (Initial below) *

11. Due to risk and liability concerns, dogs are prohibited in Coolidge-McClaine Park during the Silverton Fine Arts Festival – other than guide or aid dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles. (Initial below) *

12. The artist agrees to allow SFAF to photograph or record any activity occurring during the Silverton Fine Arts Festival, including set-up and take down hours, and permits use of such recordings or photographs for promotional purposes only. (Initial below) *

13. Should any term, provision, condition, or other portion of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect. (Initial below) *

14. WAIVER: In consideration of the granting of permission to participate in the 2021 Silverton Fine Arts Festival, the artist agrees to assume all risk, incident to and including, but not limited to, the use of facilities, use of equipment, and all hazards associated with the operation of the booth and hereby release and agree to indemnify the Silverton Fine Arts Festival, its officers, the Silverton Arts Association, its officers and the City of Silverton from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action incident to the artist’s participation in the Silverton Fine Arts Festival. 15. IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement by having their authorized representatives affix their signatures below. (Initial below) *

AGREEMENT: By selecintg "I Accept" and signing this Electronic Signature Acknowledgment Form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding. *
