  • All work must be original to the artist.
  • All media accepted
  • All shows are open to public submission unless otherwise noted.
  • Artists must be 14 or older to submit to public shows.
  • Tasteful Nudes acceptable unless otherwise noted.
  • Wall art must have a sturdy wire on the back. (exceptions in special circumstances)
  • Edges of unframed wall art must be suitably finished (no visible staples/jagged edges).
  • Jewelry and other small objects should be displayed in a secure, professional manner.
  • Artwork exhibited in this gallery within the past two years is not acceptable.
  • Entry back must have card with artist’s name, piece name, media and price.
  • Submission form and fees must be paid upon art delivery to be considered for the show.*
  • All submissions must be made in person on the dates specified in the Gallery Schedule.
  • Prints & Cards: Artist must have original pieces in the show for prints & cards to be accepted.*
  • Artists are expected to attend the Artist Reception held on the First Friday of the month.
  • Artists are expected to gallery sit at least one day during the month for which they are exhibiting.

Entry Details

Each show is juried except where noted. The artist will be notified of any art not admitted to the show, and will have one week to pick up these pieces.

Shows are taken down and hung the week preceding First Friday. All art from the previous months’ show must be picked up no later than the 14th of the following month.

Artwork is to be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the last day of the month.

Any artwork submitted after this deadline will be admitted at the sole discretion of the Jurying Committee.

Entry Fees

The fee is $5 for every three pieces of original art.

There is no limit to the number of pieces an artist may submit.

Prints and Cards will be accepted at a cost of $5 per 30 items.

Commission fee for sales

SAA Members: 75% to the artist and 25% to SAA.

Non-Members: 65% to the artist and 35% to SAA
